RX 5700XT Rocket League - CTR

Describe your issue:

Since upgrade to version of drivers 19.2.3, Rocket League sometimes freeze whole PC and i have to restart it manually (no BSOD). After the restart, Radeon software don't start automatically and there are these messages in Event Viewer
