Describe your issue: 

I got black screen while gaming, no matter what game and no matter what settings I use.

Black screen is totaly random. Sometimes I get it 2 or 3 days in a row and sometimes nothing happens for a month.

Black screen is not dependent on game's graphical usage, since I got it while playing Minecraft once.

Most black screens I got during the game of League of Legends.

Firstly I taught the only fix for black screen is hard restarting the PC (via power button on PC case), but then I found out that if I turn OFF my monitor for like 15-20 sec and then turn it back ON, everything is back to normal.

Monitor is working without any issues on other system so problem is not in it.

My system is not overclocked or anything like that.

Try set PCI-E GEN from auto or gen4 to gen3

Thank you, I will try, but as I said...testing this will be hard, since black screen sometimes happens once in a month..

maybe some application is causing a conflict

Do you also happen to have black screens during your web usage? I have black screen using web browser, mostly when doing graphical things like playing video. I also have this problem sporadically when using rendering programs, graphical programs. The worst thing arguably is that it happens at random. AMD is battling this issue and it looks like what they fix and patch, just resurface in another patch.

No, never happened during web usage, not even during benchmarks, video rendering or anything else, only when playing games.And when it happens, if I shut down PC using the power button, next boot is really long, like 3 or 4 minutes.
