GTA 5 only runs with regular stuttering. About every 7 - 10 seconds the FPS drops below 20.

With the update 19.11.X I could also set to 3840 x 2160, since I installed the driver 19.12.1 it can't do more than 1920 x 1080. At every higher resolution the graphics card doesn't send a signal to the screen anymore.

I have already run FurMark, Cinebench and another tool. Sometimes even at the same time and there were no problems. Also a MemTest was inconspicuous.

• CPU: AMD-FX8350 (8 x 4 GHz, DDR3-1866)
• Ram: 4 x 4 Gb (DDR3-1333)
• MainBoard: ASRock 970 Pro3 (DDR3-2100)
• XFX RX 5700 XT Thicc III Ultra

This could be a display driver failure. Therefore, should contact AMD with this link...

Intel 9600k or better. Or AMD 3600 or better. 5700 XT is powerful GPU and will need a powerful processor. AMD Bulldozer cannot provide this power. But the weakness of your processor is not the cause of the problem.
