- GPU: AMD RX 5700 XT

- MOBO: B450 Aorus elite
- RAM: Ballistix 16 gb DDR4 3200 2DIM kit
- SSD: M.2 inland premium 1TB ssd
I just got this system a day ago and every time I attempt to install a driver for my gpu off amd's website, my screen just blacks and recieves no signal from the gpu. I can hear sound and the computer just seems to continue working without a display. Restarting doesn't help, and I can't delete the unfinished driver in safe mode either. So I have to completely reformat my ssd and start windows from scratch. My current driver recognizes the gpu as a Mircosoft Basic Display Adapter. I don't want to attempt installing again, in fear of having to reformat my ssd again.
