-installed brand new rx 570 with latest driver 19.2.1, after reboot i get a flickering of a black screen every second.

-uninstall previous drivers with DDU and deleted all amd folders.

-reinstalled with latest driver 19.2.1 and 19.1.1 but still get a flickering black screen

-screen works perfectly fine in safe mode or when driver is uninstalled

- tried these drivers win 7 64 bit

Turn off Freesync and problem will go away. That is issue in AMD drivers. Version 17.11.3 works ok with Freesync, while new drivers cause black screen if Freesync is turned on, I dont know why AMD dont fix this, as I see that many people have this problem.
