There is a problem that has been bothering me for a long time. My RX 500 serial graphics card runs some old games (such as Warcraft 3, cs go). It is not as smooth as the my 750ti. It can be said to be very stuck, very unstable fps. I adjusted it in the global options. The target fraps is the highest, the Child is closed, the synchronization is turned off, and I have installed many versions of the drivers, the same is for the latest 19.11.3.
