RX 480 Dual Monitors - Memory Clock always maxed. Why? 2000 MHz on desktop for no reason. Card runs 10 degrees hotter because of this.
1 monitor DVI, 2nd monitor DVI to DP adapter. When I unplug 2nd monitor speed comes back down to 300 MHz. Card idles at like 38 degrees with one monitor and 54 with two for no discernible reason. Any fix for this on the horizon? Thanks.

It's been like that for a long time. I used to have a desktop profile in MSI Afterburner with minimal clocks but since ReLive drivers decreasing memory clock makes me have to hard reset PC regularly because monitors don't wake up from sleep with lowered clock.
