Running Internal and External AMD GPUs simultaneously on Windows 10

Dear Community;

I'm running a shared Intel/Radeon Pro 560 on my laptop, with an external RX-580 GPU connected via Thunderbolt 3.  I have this configuration working normally under MacOS, but under Windows 10 if I run the External GPU, I am unable to get graphics acceleration, or the driver running for the internal Radeon Pro 560.  Any attempt to load this driver at the same time the external RX-580 runs results in a BSOD.  I have only been successful in running the unaccelerated Microsoft Driver which is too slow to use for any graphic intensive application.  When running the driver for the 560 without the 580 drivers loaded, the external GPU will not be detected or operate.  I have spent several hours at this and I am out of ideas.  Anyone have this configuration working under Windows 10?
