Relive streaming youtube (low Key frame frequency)

So i had Relive warning me with low bandwidth while streaming and youtube said that there is low Key frame frequency, i tested with all kinda settings that was possible to test within Relive without clear stream, then i tested different streaming program (OBS) and it does have option to change keyframe latency from default 4 to 2 and it fixes the problem. So i am wondering if there is something to do for Relive about this issue yet? Really would like to use Relive for gaming streams!

Heres examples from Relive streaming on youtube world of warships: test stream - YouTube  and here is OBS streaming youtube world of warships: test stream - YouTube  only difference is that OBS have this setting to change Keyframe interval seconds (from what youtube warned about while streaming with Relive), it was 4seconds by default and needed to be changed to 2seconds and it worked.

It shouldnt be hardware issue or actual bandwidth, cpu i7 2600, gpu xfx 390, 8gb 1600ram, ssd, 110m/25m bandwidth
