Hi,

I have this weird problem.

I am using 18.3.4 driver (because the problem with 2 screens on the recent drivers.

And I notice a weird thing.

My CPU uses is high when there is nothing open, so I checked what it is, and apperantly, AMD ReLive using 30~32% of my CPU power, the weird thing is that I didn't install it.

So why the hell does it use my CPU and how?

I notice you have the AMD User Experience program installed. That is a option when you install the drivers and has caused issues with some peoples computers. Try disabling it from the control panel:

Use Autoruns (Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals | Microsoft Docs ) in elevated rights and use that to disable or delete the startup entry on your computer.
