Hello,

I would like to record a game with ReLive, a question about this. For example, if my monitor is only 1080p and I select 2160p as the recording resolution in ReLive, will it render at 2160p internally for the recording, or will the 1080p just be upscaled?

ReLive will capture whatever frame resolution the game renders and then upscale/encode the stream to the predefined format.

ReLive can't force a game to render in higher resolution than the game was set to.
