So I've had this issue for a while. It's when recording gameplay, when watching the recordings the audio is really sped up, and the video playback speed is fine. The progress bar when watching stops when the audio does but the video keeps playing. The only way around this that I have found is to use the AMD HDMI sound outputs. But I have monitors not TV's. I have reinstalled the drivers multiple times and that has done nothing.
