ReLive and Radeon Overlay 19.5.2 Windows 10 x64 19H1 [Version 10.0.18362.116] not working in dx9/dx11 games.

I tried different drivers, DDU, clean driver install - always the same.

In Win10x641809 worked without problems.

(for example Total War: Attila and Skyrim 2011)

Radeon RX Vega 64

I can confirm this on my system.

Windows 10 1903 with Vega 64, happens with 19.5.1 and 19.5.2.

ReLive has WAY too much reliability issues anyway, recently switched to the new Windows Game Bar and couldn't be happier, works great, and it have much more features.
