Radeon Software prompt flickering in the corner of my screen when gaming

For some time now the prompt to open the Radeon Software program flickers in the corner of my screen when I'm gaming. It's not game breaking but it can be distracting. I made sure to update my drivers to no avail. I'm using a 5700xt. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hi @socialswim 

This usually happens to me when I have ticked "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations" on the games' .exe, or it might be that the game is running in exclusive fullscreen.

I have reported an issue to AMD with DirectX11 games stuttering with bad frame rate spikes when a game is in Borderless Fullscreen with VSync enabled but luckily not in exclusive fullscreen. I do not think they have fixed it yet.
