How do i stop this stupid popup every time i start a game

I would also like to know, every game I start the Raedon Software reminds me of this, I disabled the In-game overlay but still nothing, the notification still appears...

There should be a option/preference to disable notifications somewhere in the control panel. 

It was easy to find in the old panel:

It also happens when watching a video in full screen mode (i.e. youtube, twitch or just a video file form your computer).
