Radeon™ Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 21.1.1. stuck in Crossfire on.

All versions of Adrenalin 2020 I have tested do this.
Driver installs with "Crossfire on" and no way to turn it off.

Happens with R9 Fury/Vega/RX590.
Happens with Intel Motherboards and Intel CPUs fron Haswell up.

I report this here as there is no other acceptable way to do so.
AMD Bug Reporting Tool offers no Data Trawl Opt out.
No way to report Bugs on WEB.
Useless.

DDU in safe mode disconnected from the internet and installed Radeon™ Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 21.1.1.
Turning Crossfire off results in PC reboot, and Crossfire still on.

Leaving Global Crossfire on and relying on turning Game Profile Crossfire "Disabled" is NOT a solution.
Doing that results in worse performance than turning Crossfire off completely in Global settings.

Forgot to mention.

Leaving CrossFire on prevents AMD XConnect from working.
So I am unable to connect Thunderbolt eGPU Boxes to PCs which have Thunderbolt 2/3 support.
