Hello, first post.
Recently something got into my Radeon Software and it wouldn't record my screen. Clicking Start Recording does nothing at all, doesn't even save a 48kb file or anything.
- Toggling HDCP didn't work for me
- Toggling GPU scaling didn't work
What worked for me was merging a file named amddvr.reg. How I found this?
Well, every time I booted up, AMD software would give me some BONG error and I'd usually click OK and just continue, this time I traced that location to C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\amddvr.reg
So, I ran that reg file, and the recording problem was solved, but the problem is, now I have to run it after every startup, and it's annoying.
Is there a way to fix this?
