radeon rx 5700 xt crashes

Bought new PC including
Motherboard Asus Tuf Gaming x570
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3800x
x2 8GB RAM DDR4
GPU ASUS Tuf Gaming Radeon RX 5700 XT OC
250 GB SSD
PSU Chieftec Navitas 650W
I have crashes in every game i play (The Ekder Scrolls Online, Half-Life Alyx, DOOM Eternal, Warhammer Vermintide II, Monster Hunter: World, Assasin Creed Odyssey) (get black screen then system reboot). the only game in which there are no crashes is Dota 2.
Sometimes i get crash in 30 seconds of play, sometimes it take 30 minutes.
I have 60-200 FPS in games on Ultras or High settings but system crashes always
I'm sure it's becouse of drivers, doesn't looks like i get bad graphic card
When i slot back my GeForce 1050 Ti the crahes are gone and everything is fine.
I tried reinstall Windows
I triend different versions of drivers v19.11.1, v20.2.2, v20.3.1
I used DDU to clean drivers before installing the next one version of drivers

Try driver 19.12.1. They are the most stable for me

Got the same graphic card:

Didnt work for me until Driver v20.2.1 released

But Driver v20.2.2 crashes again...also 20.3.1...

Are you running one cable for your PSU > Graphics card? That could cause an issue.

Please use a separate 8 pin cable and a separate 6 pin cable to connect to the graphics card.

it didn't help

I'm wondering if the recommendation is to run the GPU from 2 different cables... In that case I couldn't add another GPU for lack of power cables. In any case I can confirm it doesn't solve the problem. Looks very much like a driver issue. HDMI sound device doesn't work with my 5700 XT either.

Also it should be noticed that by playing Half-Life: Alyx i got two system crashes with black screen in 11 hours, in DOOM eternal i got 1 crash in 20 hours, in DOTA 2 i still have no crashes
The games like The elder scrolls online and monster hunert:world and varhammer: vermintide 2 can't be played more than 30 mins without system crashes. On average the elder scrolls online crashes after 3 min of play.
Monster hunert:world and varhammer: vermintide 2 crashes after 20 min of play
Assassin Creed Odyssey have no system crash. There is just a game crash without system rebooting after 5 min of play.
Also i played Metro Exodus and there is no crashes for 2 hours
Civilization VI have NO crashes too in 2 hours
Pavlov VR no crashes in more than hour of play
Hot Dog, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades no crashes in more than hour of play
Beat Saber no crashes in more than hour of play

Same issue on my RX 5600 xt, in both CS:GO & Call of Duty Modern Warfare, happening a few times a day very frustrating. Can be after 5 mins or after 1 hour.

I'm trying to send it back for a refund (only 2 weeks old) but the shop is saying the card/hardware is fine its the software/drivers thats the issue so the card is'nt faulty.

They can't seem to understand the card can't function as designed and is therefore not fit for purpose without drivers that work.

btw did the proper driver uninstall/reinstall etc and running 20.4.1
