Radeon ReLive stopped working since 20.4.2

Not recording anymore, tried via shortcut key and clicking the record button in radeon home.

(My desktop recording is turned on so there's nothing to limit it from recording)

2-3 days ago, I used Instant Replay keybind to record some in-game content. It worked normally as it should, then yday updated to 20.4.2 and yep, it records a video of 5 minutes (as its selected in the settings) but this video is like 8mb and only displays green screen or black screen.

I see same problem with Adrenalin 20.4.2 on RX Vega 64 Liquid.
A workaround is install Adrenalin 2019.12.1 and then update 20.4.2 Drivers using Windows Update.
The Adrenalin 2019 19.12.1 GUI/UI Radeon Overlay works fine and I can start Relive Recording using it or using hotkey.
I file an AMD Reporting Form to report it and perhaps it will get fixed in next release for those who want to use Adrenalin 2020 style GUI/UI.
