Radeon PRO WX5100 - unable to install - Q1.2019 "please wait while detecting hardware" 1 HOUR+ waiting?? pls send help!

Whether I choose "Express" or "Custom" it does not even get to the second step of the process.

Everything is updated on Windows 10
