radeon froze and crashed

Just had a crash with the radeon adrenalin 2020 drivers.  Here's the details according to event viewer.

So what happened is that I was playing Terraria and it decided to freeze completely on me (couldn't move my mouse around), a few seconds later, the game continued as if nothing happened.

And this happened at the same time.

Same issue here. R9 Fury X keeps crashing in fullscreen applications.
