Ever since the new update released on the 8th I've been getting frequent black screen crashes on my main monitor while my second monitor runs just fine. I've done clean uninstall and reinstalls at least 5 times now and with each time the problem has only gotten worse. My main display is a 32inch ASUS ROG 144Hz 1440p display and the second monitor is a 24inch ASUS TUG Gaming monitor 144Hz 1080p display. When I run just one monitor at a time however the black screens seem to stop. I am at my wit's end. I've even tested out switching out the cables and using the different ports on the card and still, the error persists while using both monitors. The specific card I am running is the ASUS ROG Radeon 5700XT

That is an odd issue for sure. I see plenty of black screen complaints but never on one monitor vs the other. 

Maybe another user will have an idea. 

I would highly suggest you do ask AMD about this:
