i just got in hands a XFX R9 Fury x and it is unusable i can barely use her like 5 minutes without having any issues

The clock speeds stay on 300MHz while gaming, temps are crazy 67°C on idle and i dont know what to do more

The graphics card isn't faulty for sure and i installed all the drivers several times and i even did the uninstall through DDU and no luck

if Anyone can help me i will be great full

did you try clearing cmos on MB?

thx for the answer but i already solved the issue

i moved the RAM from the 1st slot to the 2nd slot and it forced the pc to detect the hardware change
