Hello and thank you for coming. For some reason out of no where my game started to crash and gave me a message "DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine." and i have never gotten that before. I have been playing this game for over a year and that never happened. i'm not sure if this has any correlation but i did just get the model o and downloaded the software and after that thats whats been happening to me. every time i try to load the game it just crashes. I then re-download the graphics card and load the game and it'll load up but it will be so incredibly laggy. And if i log out of it and try to go back into it it'll give me the error message and it will not load unless i download graphics card again. I have no knowledge whatsoever of computers or anything and no one i know knows anything about computers either so i'm relying on this forum for help. I beg anyone to help me please. I literally cant play anything.
