Hi, I've got Radeon R7 M360 and I'm fairly bad at downloading new drivers. Recently someone mentioned it to me and I updated from version 15.5ish to the most recent version. Ever since things have been breaking and games are unplayable, everything from pubg and overwatch to something fairly simple like Kingdom: New Lands, I'm apparently only getting 1 fps. As well as this, I can no longer open AMD Radeon settings, I'm not really sure what's going on here, so any help would be grand. Is there something I'm missing or at least a way I can revert back?

Use Device Manager to roll back to the previous version that was working.
I only see the option to update to the latest drivers and apparently I have the latest.
You don't have this ?
Unfortunately not
I tried reinstalling 17.12.1 but it keeps coming up with error 1603
Ok...you have it but it's greyed out. Have you read this? > Error 1603 – A General Error Has Occurred During the Installation of the AMD Software Package
So there can be any number of things wrong, any way I can narrow it down?
Here's a log from the last failed reinstall of 17.12.1, any clues here:
