r7 370 clock problem

After the recent updates on my P7 370, sometimes the frequencies began to fall and not go back up. This is in all games. Recently install the old driver 9.14.10.01128, the Catalyst and such a problem was not. Now it is Adrenalin 18.2.1 and there are such problems. I do not want to stay on the old driver, because OverWatch takes off on them. Yes, and AMD Setting quite comfortable were. Tested Adrenalin 18.3.2 - sam problem. Trying to using ReLive Edition 17.11.2, but this have the problem with crush in OverWatch, wich fixed in 18.2.1 update.
