r5 7500f low voltage and ghz and high power consumption

My r5 7500f processor has had weird performance after the bios update. It consumes 70 watts of power when there is nothing on the desktop, separate ghzes and voltages are very low

on the desktop it sees 4.8 ghzes but when I run the cinebenchr23 test it runs at 3.6 ghzes I am playing cod warzone I used to look at the processor ghzes for testing purposes when I first assembled the system and it was running at 5050mhz 5025 mhz but now it is much less and all of this happened after the bios

As for the voltage, it used to work at 1.25 voltages, but now it never goes above 1 volt, at 900 volts under load, it drops to 500-odd voltages at idle.

I have Gigabyte a620m H rev1 motherboard

Also, my English is not very good, I apologize in advance for my spelling mistakes.

I would be very grateful if you could help me with this problem because I have been struggling for 3 days and I cannot get the full performance of the processor I bought.

Why did you update the BIOS and have you tried reverting back?

I tried, but there was no difference.

my bios version was f24c, I saw on the motherboard manufacturer's website that the bios version was removed and I panicked and installed the latest version

Gigabyte BIOS that ends in a letter are BETA BIOS and should be avoided unless absolutely required to address a problem or gain compatibility with new hardware.

If you are currently on F31c this is a BETA BIOS and you should revert to F30 unless needed for Ryzen 9000 support. Gigabyte can confirm the recommended BIOS version.

bios updated to f30 version, there are nice improvements, core ghzes are as they should be, I did a 10 minute core and multi-core test at the end.

before and after score comparison in cinebench r23 test

multicore 10541 /(new)12370

single core 1631 /(new)1699

The voltages were between 1.100 and 1.050, I think it is low and it still consumes 70 watts of power when it is not under the table top.

There are additional efficiencies to be gained using PBO.

My motherboard doesn't support PBO, unfortunately.

I haven't made any settings in the bios yet. I'll open the expo and test it again.

The A620 does not support frequency overclocking, however you should still be able to take advantage of other PBO features such as Curve Optimizer and power limits.

How much should I set to the all core curve optimizer magnitude setting?

Yes, I entered amd overclocking and searched everything but couldn't find it.

Can I do it from amd ryzen master application?
