"LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect" when using a nVidia GTX 1050 with Ryzen 5 w Vega Graphics. Disabling nVidia GTX driver fixes problem.

As stated, this issue happens when starting the laptop up, as well as when you right click on the desktop and select AMD Radeon Software, as well as going to the start menu and clicking on AMD Radeon Software shortcut.

Only way to fix this is to disable nvidia drivers.

This is not a feasible fix because I use the nvidia drivers as my current nvidia gtx 1050 is more superior than the hd vega graphics.

I've tried updating radeon drivers and so far, no go.

Specs: HP 15-ec0xxx series with 32GB RAM, Ryzen 5 3550H w/ Vega Mobile Gfx (driver 27.20.2001.8002), nVIdia GeForce GTX 1050 (driver 27.21.14.5148), Windows Home Edition 10.0.18363.959

I have the same problem. I already uninstalled my AMD drivers. And installed the new. Cannot open my AMD settings anymore
