Buenas, tengo la PC  MSI GX 60, En detalles, su procesador es un AMD Quad Core A10 4600m con una velocidad de 2.3GHz por núcleo, de ahí su gráfica es una AMD Radeon HD 7970M la cual tiene una memoria dedicada de 2GB con un total soporte de juegos con DirectX 11, el problema radica en que estoy usando el CATALYST DE AMD para los drivers porque no me deja usar el ADRENALINE  de AMD, ya que descargo los controladores recomendados y me aparece una cartel de que no funcionan correctamente y cuando empezó a jugar me salta pantallazo azul con el error error atikmpag.sys, ya he hecho de todo (videos, tutoriales, pase el AMD clean, e instale todo otra vez) y me pasa lo mismo y tengo que volver a instalar el CATALYS de AMD (es viejo) otra cosa que la verdad no sé si tiene que ver es que cuando se actualiza algo de Windows me desinstala el Catalys, y lo tengo que instalar nuevamente, por favor no soy un experto en informática, solo quiero solucionar el problema y poder jugar tranqui.

Cabe señalar que solo juego League of Legends y la maquina debería esta sobrada y se friza en peleas de equipo (no sé si el termino freeze es el correcto, pero el pc se arrastra en peleas de equipo).

Your Laptop APU Processor is not supported with any more AMD driver updates. The only drivers you can use are from 2015/2016: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-series-processors/amd-a10-series-apu-for-laptops/a10-4600m-ra...

Any newer drivers will not be compatible with your laptop Integrated and Discrete GPUs.

You laptop is just to old to play the latest games.

You can verify this by go to these Gaming Websites and see if your laptop can run that game or not:

If you game requires AMD Drivers newer than 2016 than you are out of luck.

It also says your Laptop can run that game at recommended Settings with your hardware: https://www.pcgamebenchmark.com/league-of-legends-system-requirements

But if League of Legends needs newer AMD Drivers than 2016 than you are out of luck!

There are no AMD Driver update for your laptop.

AMD stopped supporting your APU processor so AMD stopped making new drivers for your processor's integrated Graphics.

If the games doesn't work with the 2015/2016 drivers then you need to upgrade your laptop to one that is supported with driver updates.
