Possible driver bug for RX 7900 XTX very bright areas

I just got my shiny new AMD card and looks like it's not the only thing that shines

See these bright areas? my character's head, also in game in certain areas.

PS: I have already reported it through bug report button in amd panel.

This is still an issue in 23.2.2 drivers.
