I have uptaded drivers and both intel uhd and radeon 520 are visible and updated on device manager screen. I tried to disable intel 620 but in that case laptop runs even without gpu; lags, no option to change resolution(it's greyed out), not able to change brightness so on.

P.S i have installed AMD driver manually because when i leave it to the windows it was installing the driver of wrong model(radeon 4smth)

AMD has no drivers for your laptop...so if you tried to download anything from the AMD site, it's wrong. These are OEM graphics and you must get the drivers from the laptop manufacturer.

Talk to the laptop manufacturer. These are custom drivers designed by and for the specific laptop model you have by the manufacturer...not AMD.

i did that too, still nothing changed

AMD has nothing to do with it.
