So the other day I decided to overclock my r9 390 using the radeon software and to my surprise I couldn't see the manual fan tuning option in it like in every video on youtube Please help the default curve on my gpu it's not good

Try disabling GPU tuning, VRAM tuning, and set Tuning Control to Manual. Then look under Advanced setting on the right.

That's the thing even when everything is disabled I still dont get that option

Now enable Fan Tuning and Power Tuning on the right..then use the drop-down options.
