Help me guys please I clean uninstalled the amd radeon software because of buggy new update for my graphics driver and when I installed the old ones which is stable this error came out I think its because of the clean uninstall I did HELP ME how to fix it

Windows 10 17134 is...Windows 10 1803, which is no longer supported by Microsoft nor AMD. You need to update to Windows 10 1903 or 1909.
