Pci Bus restart required for every boot

Everytime I boot Windows 11, there is a notification about Pci Bus restart required.

There was no this issue when the AMD Chipset driver was not updated.

What's wrong with AMD driver ?

Maybe you should supply full system specs., something does not add up re driver version/date.

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, Aorus gen4 1tb, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

the version of the installed AMD Chipset Driver is 3.10.08.506

my system info is shown on the following attached picture:

Same problem here, any fixes yet?
Started after i updated the Radeon software to the latest new version, in the program itself. (Amd Software: Adrenalin Edition).
I already tried to remove the gpu driver, and fully uninstall Radeon software.
Then i went on to download the drivers again from the website but it still keeps happening.

Pc specs:
X570-A pro motherboard
AMD RX580 8gb
AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
