PC won't boot pass BIOS. Random blackscreen and restart.

For the past 3 days I haven't been able to boot pass BIOS. Sometimes I could by using startup repair, but normally it will just give me a black screen and restarts.
When I got to windows through startup repair, I tried troubleshooting by reinstalling GPU driver (since reliability windows said hardware error 144), but in the middle of installing Amd driver the screen went black again and I was back to square one.
I have tried: changing PCIE slot for the GPU, formatting and resetting windows, different ram slots, different bootable drive. Yet, nothing works.
Spec:
Ryzen 5 3600
Asus Prime x570p mobo (with newest bios)
Sapphire rx 5600xt GPU
Corsair vengence LPX 16gb 3200
Cooler master mwe 550 gold PSU

teddy123 did you try to use this GPU on other PC? Sounds like DOA GPU

Is this a new build or GPU, or had you been using this GPU previously?

Also--are you plugging your GPU directly into the mobo or using a PCIE riser to mount vertically?

It wasn't DOA since I have been using it for nearly 2 months, but the problem just happened few days back. I flashed the GPU bios into a newer bios and it seems like it's working now (don't know how long it will be working for tho).
