pc crashes with 5:4 resolution

    • E.g. Radeon Software Adrenalin 1/9/2020
  • Display Devices
    • Samsung SyncMaster 720N 1280x1024
    • VGA to HDMI adapter
  • Motherboard + Bios Revision
    • ASUS m4a78 (idk bios version)
  • CPU/APU
    • Anthlon x4 620
  • Power Supply Unit  Make, Model & Wattage
    • (sorry i don't know but it's 560w)
  • RAM
    • 6GB

 

Describe your issue:

  • when i set resolution 1280x1024 after a 5-7 minutes(shorter or longer) monitor will turn black and pc will die(crash or freeze) and nothing can't help(only reboot),also i have tv with 1360x768 and it works great
  • if it need,i will record this problem

I have not used my old AL1916 panel for a long time. Back when I was using a GTX 260 I used that panel as the video card was way to slow for 1920x1080. One I was able to use GTX 260 SLI the FullHD panel was playable for many games.

I suggest you can handle a full HD panel with the RX 570 easily.
