There are black bars all round the screen, and no overscan slider in Amd seettings like there used to be in earlier versions. Present gpu scaling options ( full panel, preserve aspect ratio etc, dont fix the problem. On searching I found several threads but no solution other than a registry edit which I dont want to do. Is there any solution to this black bar . Please help. It was so simple earlier with the overscan slider.
