OpenCL not working after Adrenalin upgrade?

Hello dear ATI/AMD

After Adrenaline upgrade i no longer have OpenCL, my web browser with 4 tabs of non-html5 sites is using 80% of 2c/4t CPU.

What's wrong? Actually, it is HURRAY, it's been 5 days, i no longer have error "No AMD display driver is installed or..." on Windows 10 1709 C.U.

We cannot comment on what a third party tools reports.

How are open browser tabs/cpu load indicative of the presence/absence of OpenCl support ?

OpenCL is supported, but it seams to me that all "the work" is heavily at CPU. Something is badly wrong after Fall Creators update and after 17.7.2.

Currently, i'm trying this: "bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on"  in command prompt to fix right click on desktop AMD Settings not working displaying "No AMD display driver is installed or..."

I had Win10 1703 and 17.7.2 that was last good.........  I do NOT PLAY games, I just have those two issues.
