NOOB Help with ryzen master with voltage

5900x

Hi guys. I'm having issues with ryzen master. I'm manually overclocking and undervolting at certain speeds. I use cinebench r23 when i do my stress test. i use CPUID HWMonitor and CPUID CPU-z to see my voltage. I have a stable clock profile of 4400mhz at 1.2volts and it runs good at that speed.  But when i do profile 4800mhz set to 1.3875volts i see my voltage starting to drop all the way down to 1.2volts when i stress test with cinebench r23 and my computer will then crash and restart. My cpu temps aren't going above 75c. But if i stress test with ryzen master my voltage will only drop to 1.325volts and be fine. Computer so far runs fine if i select this profile. Also note speed will go high almost 5200mhz on some cores close to 1.48 volts at default/stock clock.

I'm just wondering why voltage is dropping when i manually set to 1.3875 volts. Any clues i'm not seeing?

Well the first thing you have to do is (with RM reset/uninstalled, and probably cmos reset) go to msi support forum. or overclockers forums 5900x owners threads and ask for optimal non oc  bios settings for your cpu/mobo combo.

There is also a test once that's done to find out if your mobo is out of (amd spec), which will change how any oc will/or not work.

Happy searching to you.

Ok cool thanks for the advice. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling ryzen master and clearing cmos before and no such luck. I'm wondering if my bios, drivers or chipsets may have caused this issues. My settings worked perfectly when I was still air cooled when i stressed test.

Vdroop, yep llc may need changing, as i said try overclockers forums (overclockersuk/overclock.net) are a couple to get you started.

How good or bad is your AIO cooler, sure someone on an oc forum could tell you.
