This is probably the AMDGPU driver that you have installed correct? https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-amdgpu-unified-linux-20-50

You can try using AMD ROCm to see if OpenCL is enabled on your GPU card: https://github.com/RadeonOpenCompute/ROCm

which works with Centos 8.3.
