No. The reason for starting in safe mode is to run DDU.

Do it the way that feels right...I normally don't put steps that are not necessary.

From what I know is not necessary and therefore I would prefer to do it without it and I think it would be the same effect

Don't forget:

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs,etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:

I did:

1.I have seen drivers from AMD

2. I removed everything from the C: \ AMD folder

3. I installed AMD Software

4.Restart

5.Installed from the client which I downloaded

6.Restart

7.He works as it should
