hello i have rx 640 and there is no GPU workload option i have tried DDU 6 times and nothing and no one responds so help

I am assuming that is a laptop?  If so many features available on desktop discrete graphics are not available on laptops. 

I would suggest you speak with the maker of your computer and see if that is or is not a feature supported on your device.

yes im on laptop but somehow today it poped up the dissapear i dont know why

With laptops often you need to use the driver the laptop maker posts on their website. Often they are custom as laptops often don't follow a reference design. The laptop makers can choose what they support. So if this once did support this and now does not after loading a driver from the AMD site. That could be your issue. 

You have not given much detail here so I am guessing. 

Again your laptop makes regardless should be able to definitively answer your question.

for details i have acer aspire 5 with rx640 and ryzen 3 4300u

Then acer support should be able to tell you if it supports this feature or not. 

I can't answer if it does or not as the page for this doesn't say if notebooks are supported or not and it is not listed as supported on the 640 page.
