New RX 580 driver version causes green particles on the screen after changing refresh rate.
I have 60hz monitor, but it can work on 74hz.
On 19.4.1 driver I set 74hz and all were good, but at present driver i had green particles on 74 hz, but on 70hz i haven't them.

or maybe you are lucky to be able to have 70hz on a 60hz monitor , and 74hz was a wrong value .. why accusing drivers when you use other peripherals in a way that can cause problems ?
