New Adrenalin Drivers Causes Big Fans' Noise

Hello，

Recently，I meet a big problem with my computer's pwm controled fans.

I have  there pwm controled fans in my computer, and they all run at full speed when the screen is turned off (entering sleep mode or a few minutes after lock screen). Finally I solved the problem when I installed the older version of the adrenalin drivers (version 20.4.2). This problem still occurs when I try new version adrenalin drivers, such as 20.11.2 & 20.9.1 .

I hope this problem can be solved. The motherboard  is Asus Prime X470 Pro and the graphics card is sapphire Rx580

In addition, I have tried win10 1909 and 2004. To be sure that was the problem I only installed Adrenalin Driver after reinstalling the Win10 system, and I can confirm the problem is caused by the new  Adrenalin Driver.
