Processor AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.00 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (5.90 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display.
I am a final year student of Interior Design Technology and desperately need to use Enscape 2.9 via Revit 2020.
However, whenever I try to run Enscape, the system freezes with an error mEssage.
On contacting an Enscape professional, I was asked to upgrade the AMD Radeon software. i am not sure which one I could upgrade to.
I would really appreciate if you could provide me with the steps and the AMD software, graphics, professional graphics, server accelerators, processors with graphics, chipsets, processors, embedded etc I would need to use.
