So I bought a RX 5700 and I also have a Ryzen 5 3600, I cannot use watt-man to set my fan speeds to where I want them. When I do then I reboot they go back to default. I have done ULPS. I also have to auto under-volt my GPU because if i do not I will get black screen blinking ever 5-10 seconds. The auto fan speeds are very low and I want to keep my GPU temperatures low, at 56 degrees Celsius the fan speed is only at 24%. I want to get all I can out of the GPU, but it feels I am unable to. Please help!!!!! Another thing is that if I try to use the radeon overlay for to long it bugs out at the top left and will be unreadable and wont go away. I've had to resort to using MSI Afterburner to read my FPS and temperatures. Please send help. #Mylegggggg Also I am on the lastest driver 19.7.5.
