My second monitor always black after rerboot

After update to 20.12.1 (dont' know what was before) radeon software after reboot system my second monitor always black (no input signal) and going to sleep. 

I have Radeon RX 560 with TWO monitors and TV  (HDMI, Displayport and DVItoHDMI). Disconnect monitor with DisplayPort.

I totally reinstall drivers with DDU after this problem, but it did not help. 

I found temporary solution how to enable monitor - Settings - display - turn off this display, and back to extend this display. But after reboot i have same problem - always need to reconnect this monitor

Windows 10 1909.

Install driver that was before update and do not update again.

I think it's not a solution, just temporary exit, like my solution (reconnect in software) too. And unfortunately i don't remember what version i have before update. I'm not update very long time, year may be

I have amd radeon r7 260x card and after upgade from win 8.1 to win 10 have black screan.You want belive how many drivers I have tried to start card.Finally today find driver from 2019 that work.Try with older drivers to see if it work.
