Maybe there is missing of any plugins or may be those tools doesn't meet the requirements. Sometimes for missing plugins this types of problems are happen, i think you can contact with adobe support team who can solve up your problem. Another thing is ryzen pc works really nice but its longevity is really poor.
And Try installing driver adrenaline recent drivers, hope this might helpful for you.
