I have had that same problem with my B450 Aorus Pro Mainboard and also with my current MSI X570-A Pro mainboard,
Everytime i connect my external HDD to an USB 3 port, it looks like this picture attached.
When i use Ubuntu or any other Linux for an example, i have no issues using the HDD with USB 3, I feel like the USB Driver for Windows 10 in the chipset is not working :/
Does anyone know how to fix this?
