Multiple BSOD's after hardware upgrade

Current Build:

MOBO: MSI - B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard

CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 1700 8-Core 3.0 GHz (3.7 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W YD1700BBAEBOX Desktop Processor

GPU: SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 480 100406NT+8GOCL 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE® LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz C16 Memory Kit - Black

SSD: Kingston Digital A400 SSD 960GB SATA 3 2.5” Solid State Drive SA400S37/960G

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1, 80+ GOLD 650W

Problems:

BSOD during gaming, mostly when during loading screens in CIV 6 (as thats what I've mostly beening playing atm).

CIV 6 crashing (no BSOD)

Chrome crashing randomly (happened three times as I was typing this out)

BSOD when idle (Leave the computer and come back and it has restarted itself, presumably from a crash)

BSOD stopcodes (I will list more as I remember them...):

Memory Management (ntoskrnl.exe)

Page Fault In Nonpaged Area

System Thread Exception Not Handled (dxgmms2.sys)

Kernel Security Check Failure

Things I've tried/done:

Reseating GPU

Reseating RAM

Running SFC in command prompt

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth in command prompt

Reinstalling graphics card and chipset drivers after using DDU

Updating BIOS

Reinstalling Windows

Hardware diagnostics, everything is physically okay

Driver verifier spitting out AMDryzenmasterdriver.sys

I am at a loss on how to fix this problem. Sometimes the computer is okay for a few hours, sometimes it crashes every 5-20 minutes. Any help is appreciated.
